Is car parking available at Crowne Plaza London - Docklands?
Yes, parking is available at the hotel at a charge of £3.00 per up to for upto 6 hours and £18.00 from 6 hrs to 24hrs. Parking is subject to availability.
Kindly note that we don’t take bookings for car parking.

When do you charge my credit or debit card?
If you are booking a bedroom at Crowne Plaza London - Docklands, you can choose between two rates: an advanced purchased rate and a best flexible rate (please note on rare occasions, the best flexible rate is not available).
If you choose the advanced purchased rate, your credit or debit card will be charged for the full stay in the 48 hours following the confirmation of your booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking if the card provided cannot be charged. In regards to the advanced purchased rate, please note the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking will be requested upon arrival. If you choose the best flexible rate, your credit or debit card will be charged upon arrival.
Do you accept cash payment?
We accept cash payments upon check in. Full payment and a security deposit will be required on check-in; a photo ID will be asked for upon arrival, however, a valid card must be provided to guarantee incidentals.

Only guide dogs are allowed, if you do have a guide dog please make a request to the hotel prior to booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?
Our hotel is accessible for wheelchairs users for accommodation and conference facilities. The Quad Club & Spa is not fully accessible.
Do you have sofa beds in the rooms already?
We have a room type called one double bed with sofa bed which has one queen size bed and a sofa bed in the room

What is your check in and check out time?
Our check in time is 1400 hrs and our check out time is 1200 noon. Late departure and early arrival requests are subject to availability and we do charge a nominal fee for the same.
