Crowne Plaza London - Docklands is set within a stunning waterfront environment in the dynamic and thriving Docklands. The hotel is located just a stone’s throw from the western entrance of the ExCeLconference complex and adjacent to Royal Victoria Station on the Docklands Light Railway, and is conveniently situated within five minutes of London City Airport.

From the Hotel to Canary Wharf
Monday to Friday - 7:00 am until 10:00 am (every 15 minutes)

From Canary Wharf to the Hotel 
Monday to Thursday - 5:30 pm until 8:00pm (on request)

Parking
The hotel offers on-site parking for up to 75 guests at £3.00 per hour per hour up to 6 hours. For 6 hours to 24 hours, The parking charge will be £18.00 per day. The parking is available for hotel residents and non-hotel residents as well. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis with no reservations. Alternatively, we have the ExCeL Centre Parking complex just behind our hotel.

Directions

Travelling by car from City Airport:
When exiting the airport, turn right and then at the end of the road, right again. Take the following roundabout for ¼ and leave it at the first exit. At the next roundabout also take the first exit. At the third roundabout take the third exit. Keep going straight at the next couple of traffic lights. On top of the flyover turn right at the traffic lights. Follow the road towards ExCel, the hotel is on the left hand side.

Travelling by car from Heathrow Airport:
While exiting the airport you follow signs towards the M4. While on the M4, follow signs to the A4 towards the West End. In the West End you will see signs for Docklands/Canary Wharf, which takes you onto the A13/Commercial Road that leads on to the East India Dock Road. You then take the first roundabout you come to which is Canning Town roundabout. You then take the 4th left which will lead you onto Silvertown Way. Go towards the flyover on top of the flyover on the first step of the traffic lights. Turn left which will lead you to the hotel.

Travelling by car from Gatwick Airport:
While exiting the airport, you take a left following signs to the M25 eastbound. Follow the signs to Blackwell Tunnel/Excel Centre, whilst in the tunnel turn left 2nd set of lights, take a left to the flyover. After the flyover take the first left and follow the signs for Excel West, which leads you down to the hotel.

Travelling by public transport from the City:
Take the Jubilee Line to Canning Town. Take the stairs to the Docklands Light Railway platform. Take the train with destination ‘Beckton’. Alight the train at the first stop, Royal Victoria. To exit the station, go to the top of the stairs and then right and then down again. Then cross the road and follow the path between the newly built apartment blocks. At the front turn left, then the hotel is on your left hand side.

Public Transport

Traveling from the Airports:
Stansted
The Stansted Express train takes you into Liverpool Street
The National Express bus takes you into Stratford

Luton First Capital Connect service runs from Luton to London Bridge Station 
The Greenline Coach runs into Baker Street as does the Easy Bus

Gatwick  First Capital Connect runs services from Gatwick to London Bridge Station 
The Gatwick Express train serves Victoria Station as does the Easy Bus and National Express coaches

Heathrow From Heathrow Airport there is a regular train service into Paddington called Heathrow Express 
The Piccadilly line tube runs directly from Heathrow to central London

From each respective station you can travel to our hotel by underground or bus. Due to irregular planned engineering work on certain lines, it is advised to check the London journey planner before travel, to find best available routes. For up to date travel advice click here to visit the Transport for London website and use ‘Royal Victoria’ as the destination.

After arriving to Royal Victoria station, leave the station to the south side and walk towards the newly built residential flats. Follow the foot path in between the two building. When you come to the water front, turn left. The Crowne Plaza London - Docklands is on your left hand side.
