Quad Opening Times
Monday – Sunday 6:00am – 10:00pm

Children’s Times (below the age of 16 yrs):
Monday – Friday 9:00am-12:00pm & 3:00pm-6:30pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 8:30am -12:00pm & 4:00pm-7:30pm 

  • Children below 12yrs old are not permitted inside the Hot Tub, Sauna, or Steam. 

  • Children below the age of 16yrs are not permitted inside the Gym.
