Welcome to Fremantle Bar & Kitchen, an Australasian inspired all-day restaurant and bar, that’s bringing a completely new laid-back drinking and dining experience to the hotel, and to the whole Docklands area. It’s the perfect choice for all occasions from weekend brunch and after work drinks, to weeknight dinners and team meetings.

Inspired by the history of the docks that surround the hotel and drawing on the influences from one if its longstanding trading partners – Australia, the Fremantle menu offers culinary combinations from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, and South America.
The dishes are big on flavour, colour, and contrast, with high nutritional and health elements too, and the drinks list includes a carefully curated international wine list and some exciting collaborations with some of the restaurant’s neighbours, including the East London Liquor Co. and the East London Brewing Co.
